Derby PTS is a subsidiary of Trent CBT Services Ltd. The company has been operating in the East Midlands and South Yorkshire areas since 2003. Trent CBT Service is a provider of psychological therapy, training, and supervision to individuals and organisations. The company has a proven track record of delivery of large scale services. These services include:

The Condition Management Programme (CMP), a Derbyshire wide service aimed at assisting people on Incapacity Benefit who wish to overcome mental health problems preventing them from returning to work. This service is funded by the Department of Work and Pensions and JobCentre Plus. It is available to any person on a qualifying benefit and referrals to the service and can be arranged by Personal Advisors at JobCentre Plus.

Flexible Health Support Services (FHSS), A Derbyshire wide service for people with mental health problems with long term unemployment issues. This service is funded by JobCentre Plus. FHSS is available through local Job Centres for those on long term unemployment benefit wishing to overcome barriers to work.

Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humberside Mental Health Trust. Trent CBT Services Ltd has been commission to provide, psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and Counselling Services within the Trusts Community Mental Health Services and Out-Patient Clinics.

The company has won two contracts to provide services for IAPT programmes. The first of these was in 2006, providing consultation, training, clinical supervision, and clinical support for one of the early IAPT projects commissioned through the London Development Centre. This project ran across six London based PCT's. The second IAPT contract is for Derbyshire County PCT, to provide CBT for Level 3 cases.

The company continues to develop a range of contracts with both public and private sector organisations.
